Educational Planning
Every bond issue should begin with a community-based planning process to determine your needs, develop optional solutions, and identify the right project at the right price. Kingscott will lead and manage the planning process for you. The process usually takes three to six months, depending on the size of the district, and should be completed well in advance of the bond issue application. It includes the following components:
- Define district goals and objectives
- Define type, quality, size, and relationship of facilities
- Analyze your existing facilities
- Develop planning options and cost estimates
- Evaluate options and select best solution
Again, depending on what you may have already completed on your own, we will tailor our services to meet your unique needs. We have completed educational planning studies for hundreds of districts, and we’d like to help you.
