Long before “team” became a buzz word, Kingscott played team. Our clients are the most important members of the team. At Kingscott, everyone has a voice throughout the process so that the finished project is one in which everyone feels ownership and pride.
Kingscott’s 60+ staff members are organized by teams whose composition is based on your requirements. Our teams are led by project directors who are also the principal owners of the firm. As an owner, the project director is your advocate and directly accountable to you.
History
Kingscott was established as a civil engineering practice in 1929 by Louis Kingscott, Sr. The senior Kingscott later became a licensed architect, at which time his son, who was also an architect, joined the firm. The father and son team expanded the firm and diversified its client base. Kingscott now specializes in educational and other institutional facilities. Today’s owners purchased the firm in 1973.
