Alexandrea is an architectural graduate on the Kingscott team. Her attention to detail and organization skills are an asset to her projects and team members. She also has a knack for collaboration and communication and understands how vital these skills are for any successful project. Alex especially enjoys designing spaces for the disabled community to improve their interaction within a space. When not putting her skills to use in design, Alex likes to go for daily hikes with her boyfriend and puppy, as well as reading, playing cards, and being a dog mom.

Amber comes to Kingscott after spending the last five years working for a granite wholesale company, overseeing internal operations of the office and warehouse. Her design experience comes from her education at Lawrence Tech University where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Interior Architecture. She also has experience as a design intern where she utilized multiple formats of two- and three-dimensional design.

Starting as an intern, Austin came onto the Kingscott team full-time after his graduation from Grand Valley State University. Working between both the Human Resources and Marketing departments, he has a passion for data analysis and research and development that not only helps us internally, but additionally as our clients work to pass bonds.

Ben is a Project Architect with 12 years of experience and a genuine enjoyment of solving complex design challenges. He’s especially drawn to the technical side of projects, where accuracy and clear documentation play a critical role in bringing ideas to life. Known for his attention to detail, Ben helps ensure projects are well-coordinated and thoughtfully executed. His expertise and steady approach make him a valued member of the Kingscott team.

Beth ensures our company's workflow runs smoothly. Her responsive and sunny nature help keep our senior team organized and on track. Beth finds success and satisfaction in providing support that llows us to deliver exceptional service to our clients. When she's not scheduling our teams, she tries to make sure to schedule in time to enjoy sunshine, her son;s football games, and fun with friends.

A Registered Architect since 1988, Bill has had the pleasure of serving communities throughout the state of Michigan in many aspects of architectural design. His experience includes libraries, healthcare, senior living, churches, K-12 schools, and higher education. Bill's recent engagement includes working for a senior living owner/operator that expanded its market from five senior living communities to 20+ communities over the last 13 years. As the QA/QC at Kingscott, Bill is responsible for the independent peer review process on projects. He conducts a thorough document review to assure construction documents (drawings and specifications) are complete, accurate, and coordinated before they are issued for bid and construction.

Brendon has over 30 years of experience at Kingscott and has dedicated his career to improving educational environments for students. Brendon works hard to keep our staff on the cutting-edge of educational design trends and fosters a collaborative team approach to providing the best learning environments. From working together with his clients to formulate extraordinary solutions that help students succeed, Brendon possesses exceptional problem-solving skills. But if he does happen to catch a spare minute, he unwinds by playing a little Chopin, Rachmaninoff, or Schubert at the piano.

Chris is a vital member of the Kingscott team, providing essential technical support to ensure that every team member can work efficiently with minimal disruptions. His expertise in troubleshooting and system management helps maintain smooth day-to-day operations, enabling the team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work for our clients.

Chuck Dickinson, is a Senior Project Architect at Kingscott with a long track record of guiding complex projects from concept through construction. He’s known for his steady, detail-oriented approach to construction documents, quality control, and code review, helping teams stay coordinated and projects stay on track. Chuck has worked on a wide range of projects across Michigan, including schools, hospitals, housing, and community facilities, and brings a practical, problem-solving mindset to everything he does.

Bringing over a decade of experience to our civil engineering team, Collin is passionate about designing spaces that enhance the lives of the people in the communities we serve. He collaborates closely with clients to ensure each project meets the high standards of functionality and efficiency that are expected when working with Kingscott. A dedicated team player and hardworking professional, Collin finds fulfillment in seeing a project come to life, watching as it goes from drawings to taking its physical form.

Craig is a seasoned Project Manager specializing in architectural and engineering projects, with extensive expertise in the K-12 market. He collaborates closely with clients, contractors, and design teams throughout every phase of project development, from initial programming to the completion of construction. Dedicated to fostering a positive and engaging environment, Craig prioritizes building trust and forming lasting relationships that drive project success.

With over 28 years of experience, Dan is a highly skilled member of Kingscott's Project Management and Architecture teams. His passion for architecture was sparked during his deployment in Germany with the U.S. Military, where he developed a deep appreciation for historical preservation. As a federally qualified preservation architect, Dan brings unparalleled expertise and a unique perspective to his work, making him an invaluable resource for projects that honor and preserve the past while meeting modern needs.

Dan has more than 20 years of experience managing projects and their design process. His creativity and attention to detail has helped clients translate their visions into reality, and his track record for budget and schedule management is outstanding. Dan works with all Kingscott clients and design teams to develop a customized sustainability plan, monitor its implementation and ensure your sustainable goals are met. He can coordinate your LEED certification submittals. Dan enjoys being outside in the summer camping with this family, out on a boat, or fishing.

Passionate about sustainable design, Dana firmly believes that architecture and the built environment have a powerful impact on the earth. This passion drives her design sensibility and collaborative mindset to create places that are as beautiful as they are functional. Joining Kingscott as a Challenge Detroit Fellow, Dana's goal is to make the lives of Michiganders better through her architecture.

As an Interior Designer, Dana thrives on creativity and collaboration. Dana came to Kingscott as an intern while still attending Western Michigan University. After graduation, she secured a full-time position with the company and has been onboard ever since. She loves working with clients to define their goals and visions and then working to see those visions come to life. Dana says one thing she can't live without is her co-workers. She's energized by the creative flow and the dedication of working together to create the extraordinary. Dana also loves playing on her volleyball league and spending time with her family. She's proud of her two daughters and how respectful, playful, and fun they are.

Danielle has 12 years of experience in interior design and architecture. She has worked in client lead and project manager roles, creating project plans, timelines and documenting all design phases. She holds IIDA, NCIDQ and AIA Associate certifications. Danielle has a Bachelor of Interior Architecture and a Master of Architecture degree from Lawrence Technological University.

Drawn to architecture as a powerful tool for social change, David has been working in the industry for 15 years. His design process is always rooted in one core principle: an empathetic understanding of the end users' needs and experiences. A natural problem solver, David's ultimate goal is to create spaces that positively impact the people who inhabit them.

A recent graduate of Grand Valley State University, Emerson brings a creative and strategic design approach to the Kingscott marketing team. With a keen eye for aesthetics and a strong attention to detail, she plays a key role in supporting our marketing efforts. She also provides marketing support to our clients and their bond campaign efforts.

With a decade of experience in marketing, Gabe serves as the Senior Marketing and Business Development Coordinator at Kingscott. She plays a pivotal role in enhancing the company’s brand presence through innovative social media strategies. Gabe excels in creating impactful company presentations and collaborates closely with the Marketing team in the development and delivery of proposals.

Hanna is a project architect at Kingscott. Her passion for design is fueled by the desire to make client's visions come to life. She's also skilled at developing creative design solutions through her unique perspective. When she's not working to bring visions to life or developing efficient solutions, Hanna enjoys trying new foods, renovating her forever home, and traveling.

Ian is an architectural intern at Kingscott and a dedicated student at Lawrence Technological University, where he is pursuing his Bachelor of Architecture degree. Eager to grow his skills and gain hands-on experience, Ian is an integral part of the team as he prepares for the next step in his career journey earning his Master's degree after graduation.

With over 15 years of experience, Jeremy is a design leader whose award-winning work—recognized with more than seven industry honors—reflects a career defined by creativity, innovation, and thoughtful problem-solving. From architectural design and visualization to sustainable, high-performance environments, he brings both technical expertise and an artistic touch to every project. With more than a decade of experience, Jessica Frakes brings curiosity, creativity, and a strong design sensibility to every project. She has a keen eye for detail, a thoughtful approach to color, and a genuine interest in how design shapes everyday experiences. Jessica has worked across education, workplace, residential, retail, and city-focused projects, guiding ideas from early concepts through completion. She values strong client relationships and enjoys challenging assumptions to create spaces that feel purposeful, engaging, and connected to the people who use them.

Jessica is a goal-oriented, problem-solver. As a project architect, these traits serve her very well. Jessica has a knack for putting things together in an efficient and well-ordered manner. From product specifications to construction documents, Jessica takes pride in bringing her skills to service for her clients. When not putting plans in motion at work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, playing hockey, and working on renovations to her historic home.

John Davids brings more than 38 years of experience in architectural design and serves as Senior Planner at Kingscott. He joined the firm in 2017 as a Senior Design Architect. His career includes work as a designer and studio leader, faculty appointments at three universities, and a residency as Architect-in-Residence at Frank Lloyd Wright’s Snowflake House. In 1999, he received the AIA Michigan Young Architect Award. His work includes projects for Davison, Novi, and Huron Valley Public Schools, as well as districts nationwide. John has authored architectural articles and co-edited Tiger Stadium: Essays and Memories of Detroit’s Historic Ballpark. He holds REFP and LEED AP BD+C credentials and has visited all 50 states with his family, with Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons among his favorite trips.

Bright, sunny and reliable are all accurate ways to describe Josie Neff. Josie graduated with a degree in Interior Design from Western Michigan University. A self-starter with an eye towards the future, Josie’s love of design is fueled by her passion and influenced by her love of travel and nature. When she’s not working to support her co-workers, you’ll likely find her enjoying the warmer months at one of Michigan’s many campgrounds.

With over 30 years in the industry, Judy is an experienced Project Coordinator and Architect. With a passion for the bigger picture, she loves integrating the MEP, Civil, and Architectural teams to work as a cohesive unit. As an award winning and LEED accredited professional, Judy is an amazing asset to any project.

Passionate about K–12 design, Julia brings over seven years of interior design experience to Kingscott. With a focus on empowering children to be independent, she takes pride in creating thoughtful, enduring spaces that support learning today and positively impact communities for generations to come.

Completing construction documents to produce awesome buildings is what drives Karol Bartlam. She's also adept at coordinating her team members to complete tasks in a timely manner. She loves detail and accuracy and feels she was destined to be in the architectural profession. Her parents bought her first drafting table when she was in 5th grade; she took drafting in high school and graduated with an associate's degree in drafting. From coordinating with consultants, clients and construction managers to double-checking codes, Karol is a vital member of our architecture team. While architectural drafting is only one of her favorite kinds of draft, her other favorite draft is Atwater Vanilla Java Porter. Outside of drafting and craft beer tasting, Karol enjoys camping and spending time with her family and her pups, Memphis & Boop.

Kelly Shrauger is the Director of Business Development at Kingscott. Kelly works to initiate and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients as well as industry partners. Kelly is focused on driving growth through promoting the accomplishments of the Kingscott team, creating partnerships that result in bringing your vision to life. Kelly has over a decade of experience in the Michigan Education, Industrial, Medical, Commercial, and Government sectors as Director of Sales and Marketing in the Facility Services Industry. In her free time, Kelly enjoys golfing, fishing, rockhounding, painting, baking and spending time with family and friends.

With over ten years of experience as a mechanical engineer, Kevin has been trusted by the likes of Mercedes-Benz, Little Ceasars Corporate, Google, and more. Even considering his work for such high-profile clients, he considers educational spaces to be his home. Passionate about environmentally conscious practices and innovative engineering, he believes that engineering is a team sport that is done best when each aspect of a project comes together to reach the best solution.

As a landscape architect for 10 years, Kyla has experience in project design, construction documentation, project management and design team leadership. She focuses on the people and creative design and enjoys when projects with site challenges, client scope and design intent come together to bring a client's vision to life.

Laura is passionate about creating learning spaces for students of all ages that nurture curiosity, foster engagement, and adapt to learner passions. She believes the most effective learning spaces are those in alignment with curriculum and pedagogy. With over 20 years of experience advocating for education-first design, Laura brings a unique perspective as both an NCIDQ certified interior designer and an expert in educational/bond planning. Her natural leadership, extensive experience, and commitment to supporting students make her an invaluable member of the Kingscott Team.

Linda is an Architectural Graduate of University of Detroit Mercy School of Architecture. Linda enjoys collaborating with project teams to develop innovative approaches to problem-solving. As a recent graduate she offers a dynamic perspective to the project process. Linda assists the teams for the entirety of the project from concept to completion. Not one to sit idle, if she's not supporting her work teams, she enjoys helping her family with whatever they might need. Linda also loves traveling, home improvement projects, and her dogs.

Lindsey is a project architect at Kingscott known for her collaborative, people-first approach. She enjoys working side by side with clients and project partners to shape ideas into practical, well-designed spaces that truly reflect their vision. Detail-oriented by nature, Lindsey turns concepts into clear, buildable documents that help projects move smoothly from bidding through construction. She’s passionate about designing spaces that make a lasting, positive impact on the communities they serve—and believes strong teamwork is the key to getting there.

Lisa keeps daily operations at Kingscott running smoothly and efficiently. With 35 years at the firm, she brings deep knowledge and dedication to her role. She began in reception, moved into accounting, and now supports production and specifications while overseeing daily operations and managing general construction bids. Lisa values the lively atmosphere and the people she works with every day. Outside of work, she is an accomplished bow hunter, a passion she discovered in her 30s, and she also grows record-breaking produce, including her well-known seven-foot tomato plants. A lesser-known fact: her great-great-grandfather graduated in MSU’s first civil engineering class in 1862 and authored a land surveying textbook used in colleges for decades.

Lisa Truscott, Kingscott's Marketing Director, enjoys seeking information and finding answers. She is committed to learning and growing. This lends itself well to her exceptional problem-solving skills, and ability to analyze and interpret technical issues and communicate them succinctly. With over twenty years of experience in communications and corporate relations, Lisa utilizes her expertise to promote the work of Kingscott and engage our partners to cultivate lasting relationships. In her free time, you can find her with her family along the shores of Lake Michigan, or creating one of kind tie-dye artworks.

A former Kingscott intern and Michigan State University alumnus, Madison is an Interior Designer with a passion for finding unique design solutions that marry both form and function. Her additional education in graphic design helped to inform her aesthetic and elevate her interiors work and her collaborative mindset ensures that each specific project is completed to the highest ability.

Marci Jacobs is a senior graphic designer with nearly 30 years of experience delivering thoughtful, high-quality design solutions across a wide range of media. Her expertise includes page layout and publication design, brand identity development, print and digital communications, large-scale environmental graphics, and visual storytelling. Throughout her career, Marci has played a key role in shaping cohesive visual narratives that support organizational goals and enhance user experience. She brings a strategic, detail-oriented approach to every project, pairing creative vision with a strong understanding of messaging, audience, and context. As a collaborative leader, Marci is known for guiding projects from concept through execution while maintaining clarity, consistency, and design excellence across all touchpoints.

Martin has more than 30 years of experience in professional practice and architectural education. He is responsible for the technical and regulatory aspects of projects. Martin has a passion for creative problem-solving, architectural engineering and innovative construction systems.

As Chief People Officer (CPO), Maureen “Mo” Weatherby serves on Kingscott’s executive leadership team, leading human resources strategy and initiatives. Her role focuses on delivering holistic HR support and advancing the employee experience, including recruiting and retention, career and talent development, and operational oversight. Established in 2023, the CPO position reflects Kingscott’s commitment to aligning organizational goals with diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts while fostering an exceptional company culture. Mo brings more than 30 years of experience in the architectural and engineering industry. She previously served as an HR Manager at Kingscott from 2017–2018 and returned to the firm after holding various HR leadership roles, most recently spending five years in the automotive manufacturing industry.

As an interior designer, Michelle is responsible for creating color layout plans, equipment plans, interior elevations, and furniture layout plans for final construction documentation. She also works to select, specify, and procure finishes, furniture, and equipment. Michelle has a passion for education design and enjoys guiding clients through all phases of the process.

Moranda Gowell serves as Kingscott's Marketing Strategy & Content Manager and has nearly two decades of experience leading marketing initiatives, corporate events, and engagement strategies in the education and nonprofit space. She specializes in creating impactful experiences and integrated campaigns that connect organizations with their audiences through thoughtful storytelling, strategic planning, and seamless execution.

Graduating in 2021 with her master's degree in architecture from the University of Michigan, Mukshatu is a valued member of our Project Architect team. Trusted by brands like Starbucks, her skills and passions center around using architecture to create positive and uplifting spaces. Her goal with the work she does is to uplift communities by better understanding how spaces will be used with research and collaboration to create outstanding and functional designs.

A recent graduate of Grand Valley State University, Nick started at Kingscott as an intern. Now, a full-time marketing team member, Nick provides video services not only in-house, but also for our clients. His videos have been vital in helping schools to tell the stories of their students, staff, and the bonds that will support them.

Noah is an intern at Kingscott and a student at Lawrence Technological University, where he is pursuing his Bachelor's degree in Architecture, after which he will work toward his Master's degree. Working alongside our team, Noah is honing his skills and gaining valuable experience as he prepares to launch his career in architecture.

Pam brings over 30 years of expertise in the construction industry, excelling as both a project manager and engineering designer. Throughout her career she has successfully managed over 300 projects from design to completion across diverse markets, including healthcare, food service, multi-tenant residential, senior living and K-12 education. With a personal passion for employee engagement and workplace satisfaction, Pam brings the type of leadership to a project that motivates people to do their best work, while meeting deadlines and staying on budget. As a proud Senior Project Manager, she exemplifies the dedication and leadership that drive project success.

With over a decade of diverse experience as a mechanical engineer, Rebecca joins Kingscott as a key member of our MEP team. Her expertise spans various industries including education and commercial sectors, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of design and functionality. Rebecca is passionate about bringing all elements of a building together to create spaces that enhance the experience for everyone who uses them.

Rob Atkins has served as President of Kingscott since 2019 and brings more than 25 years of experience in engineering and project management across educational, municipal, commercial, industrial, and residential markets. A licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.), he joined Kingscott in 2005 as a Civil Engineer and later served eight years as Director of Engineering and more than a decade as a board member. Known for his collaborative leadership style, Rob continues to lead projects while providing firm-wide direction. Family is his top priority, followed closely by the Detroit Red Wings. Outside of work, he serves as President of the Youth Hockey Association of Kalamazoo, sits on the Board of Directors for Pretty Lake Camp, and enjoys camping and spending time outdoors.

Rob offers 39 years of experience in all aspects of construction, design, and facilities management to the team here at Kingscott. He is currently leading the K-12 building assessments that are required by the State of Michigan.

A licensed architect, Romica has over 10 years of experience in design and construction. She has worked in firm settings as well as founded her own architectural design practice where she competitively bid and won the City of Birmingham Police Department/City Hall renovations and expansion project. She has also served as a consultant to the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) department at University of Michigan. Romica has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Master of Architecture (Digital Fabrication) degree from Lawrence Technological University. She holds AIA and NCARB accreditations.

With over 17 years of experience serving on a school board, Ron understands the critical importance of selecting the right architectural firm. He combines this insight with his professional expertise as a member of Kingscott's Construction Administration team, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and timeliness. Ron has a proven history of streamlining processes, reducing costs, and improving workflow efficiency, making him an invaluable asset in driving successful project outcomes.

Ryan works as a Project Architect at Kingscott. He is committed to delivering great results for clients. His breadth of experience serves him well when he is working with clients to solve unique design challenges. Ryan thrives on working together as a team to achieve results everyone can be proud of. When he has some time to himself, Ryan enjoys woodworking with digital fabrication, camping, and spending time with his family.

Bringing a thoughtful, solutions-driven approach to our architecture team, Ryan is passionate about solving client challenges through creative problem-solving and a deep understanding of construction. He collaborates closely with fellow consultants and clients on both new design and historic preservation projects, ensuring each project is responsive to its place while delivering long-term value. Believing that great architecture is rooted in collaboration, context, and resiliency, Ryan finds purpose in designing spaces that honor the past while supporting the needs of future generations.

Sami Szeszulski has over 10 years of experience across K–12, higher education, and library projects. She joined Kingscott in July 2021 as a Design Architect and Project Manager. Sami has held AIA leadership roles at local, state, and national levels and was the 2018 AIA Detroit Associate Member of the Year. She was a scholar in the AIA Detroit Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program and a fellow in Challenge Detroit. Sami holds degrees from the University of Detroit Mercy and Lawrence Technological University, where she also served as an adjunct instructor. A LEED Green Associate with an NCARB certificate, she believes architecture should be user-led, adaptable, and responsive. Outside work, she enjoys traveling, camping, running, exploring new restaurants, and learning new things.

Sarah Haselschwardt brings more than 30 years of experience leading project design across Michigan and the United States. Her notable work includes Fremont High School and Chelsea High School in Michigan, as well as a prototype elementary school for the Washoe County School District in Nevada. Sarah has served as Vice President of AIA Southwest Michigan, on the board of Habitat for Humanity, on her local planning commission, and for multiple terms on the Michigan Construction Code Commission. She co-authored an article on women in architecture and was featured in the AIA’s Women in Architecture exhibit in Chicago. A LEED AP BD+C, Sarah is passionate about her family and enjoys golfing with her daughter, cheering on her kids at athletic events, gardening, and walking outdoors.

With a passion for historic restoration, Sarah is inspired by the challenge of reimagining spaces while preserving what makes them unique. She believes every building has the potential to evolve and serve a new purpose. Through close collaboration with clients, Sarah delivers thoughtful, functional designs that honor the past while supporting the needs of today and the future.

We're thrilled to have Sierra as a part of our growing Interior Design team. With five years of experience, a passion for children drew her toward Kingscott and our work in educational spaces. She enjoys collaborating and listening closely to the needs and opinions of the users that informs the designs to best fulfill a client�s specific needs.

Steve Lucas provides construction administration services on Kingscott projects. Steve's goal is to build relationships and buildings that foster pride and positivity. He applies these values when monitoring projects, coordinating schedules and facilitating communication with project stakeholders. With over 30 years of experience in engineering and facilities management, Steve understands that establishing guiding principles at the start of a project is fundamental to its success. A self-proclaimed motorhead, Steve enjoys restoring muscle cars from the 60s and early 70s, drag racing, and motorsports. He's currently in the process of restoring a 69 _ Plymouth Roadrunner. Outside of working on construction or car restoration projects, Steve's favorite pastime is family time.

Steve Wisniewski is a construction administrator at Kingscott. As a former instructor for the Michigan Carpenters Apprenticeship Program, Steve's leadership skills and hands-on experience, provide a unique perspective and offer valuable input to Kingscott projects. Through thoughtful application, communication, and teamwork, Steve is able to develop practical solutions for project needs. In addition to his professional ethics, Steve values the warmth that family and home provide. When he's not working on strengthening relationships in the field, he enjoys fishing, camping, and playing golf , as well as attending and volunteering at his children's sporting events.

Stewart brings extensive experience in many sectors to the Kingscott team, especially in both K-12 and higher education. With a focus on building excellent client relationships, he brings a strong determination for the highest quality work to each and every one of his projects, whether as a Project Manager or Designer. Growing up in Montana, Stewart has a unique perspective of nature and landscapes and its relationship to the built environment. Stewart's passion for design, hunger for knowledge, and appreciation of all things historic, make him a resourceful member of the Kingscott team.

Realizing client vision through thoughtful project management is T.J.’s top priority. He earned both his Bachelor and Master of Architecture degrees from the University of Michigan and brings more than 30 years of experience developing architectural solutions that turn client goals into reality. Known for his careful listening, attention to detail, focus, and dedication, T.J. successfully guides projects from concept through construction administration to ensure exceptional outcomes. Beyond his professional work, T.J. is committed to giving back to the community. He regularly donates blood and volunteers with the Older Persons Commission in Rochester and Auburn Hills, delivering meals to homebound residents. Outside of work and volunteering, T.J. enjoys staying active, golfing, skiing, and listening to good music.

With 19 years of experience in the industry, we're thrilled to have Theresa leading our MEP team. As a multi-award-winning engineer, she brings immense experience to our team as well as a passion for creative thinking to meet each project's specific needs. Licensed in a number of states and backed by certifications such as LEED, CPD, and GPD, Theresa will be a vital partner in creating a place you'll love.

As Project Coordinator, Trevor Garland works alongside the architectural team to assist with project design and development. Trevor benefits the teams he's a part of with his planning, design, technical knowledge, and his positive attitude. Prior to his work at Kingscott, Trevor worked as an architectural intern at Albert Kahn Associates. He enjoys hand sketching, traveling and playing volleyball.

Vince Murad is a Project Architect at Kingscott and has over six years of experience in institutional, municipal, and retail projects. His responsibilities include overseeing the development and coordination of construction drawings and contract administration. Vince appreciates the process of communicating the needs of the client to the project team, and in turn, working in cooperation with the team to achieve a comprehensive and feasible result. With more than 15 years of experience, Wade is a licensed landscape architect at Kingscott. Raised on a tree farm, his deep-rooted passion for the outdoors and a lifelong fascination with plants and trees are integral to who he is. This foundation, along with his commitment to making a meaningful impact, inspired him to become an ISA Certified Arborist. Wade is dedicated to designing spaces that are not only innovative and visually captivating but are, most importantly, functional for the people who will experience them.

William Carpenter is an award-winning architect with over 33 years of experience, bringing a wealth of expertise to Kingscott's Project Management team. As a former business owner who successfully led his own practice for 14 years, William has a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver projects on time while upholding the exceptional quality that Kingscott and its clients expect. A firm advocate for blending passion and purpose, William believes that great design should be accessible to everyone and that designers have a responsibility to champion better design across all budget levels. With sustainability at the core of his work, William is dedicated to creating environmentally conscious designs that not only protect the planet but also deliver long-term cost savings for clients.
