Kingscott is actively looking for candidates for the following positions:

Civil Engineer - You will provide a complete and coordinated civil and landscape design that reflects the programmed goals and objectives of our client and the highest standards of visual, functional, and technical design while being consistent with the financial and schedule constraints and responsive to the physical environment.

Construction Administrator to handle all activities related to project construction contract administration including shop drawings process, field observations, reports, change orders, and pay requests. You will be responsible for the improvement of the construction administration process with an emphasis on efficiency, quality assurance, and rapid project closeout.

Project Architect to lead the development of projects within the education and senior living space. You will collaborate with the team and ensure technical quality is achieved and designs are realized. We are looking for a candidate who has a very strong technical acumen and an eye for design.

Project Architect – A licensed Architect responsible for organizing, coordinating and leading project teams through the development of construction documents. Technical expertise and experience is used to lead the project team through coordination and quality assurance
processes throughout the project.
