Park Village Pines has provided Senior Assisted Living in Kalamazoo since 1983

Kalamazoo Area Christian Retirement Association (KACRA), engaged Kingscott Associates, Inc. to assist them with Long Range Planning and incorporate a variety of choices for living for potential future development of their campus.

DETAILS

• Expansion of the Park Village Pines Assisted Living to include additional Common Spaces and two (2) twenty (20) Unit Assisted Living Wings; future expansion of two (2) additional twenty (20) Unit Assisted Living Wings
• Independent Living Development to include a Senior Christian Activity Center; 40 Independent Living Units in “Apartment-style” Apartment Wings attached to the Activity Center; forty-four (44) “Condo-style” Independent Units
• Gazebo, walking paths, community gardens
• Water feature/storm detention pond with natural barriers and walking path created
• 300-seat Amphitheater
• Additional parking
