Davison Public Schools – Adaptive Reuse Project

The reimagining of Davison High School's former Performing Arts wing has created a transformative Student Performance Hub that significantly enhances opportunities for students. What once housed the Auditorium, Stage, Scene Shop, and Band and Vocal Rooms has been repurposed into modern, flexible spaces that support athletics, performance, wellness, and student collaboration.

Weight & Fitness Suite (approx. 7,000 sq ft):

  • Over 6,000 square feet of fitness equipment, new north-facing windows providing natural light, an office with direct room observation, and restrooms designed for after-hours use.

Wrestling Room:

  • Equipped with two full-size 42’ x 42’ mats, an adjacent mat storage room, a dedicated team locker room, and clerestory windows for natural light.

Athletics Meeting Room:

  • A 3,800-square-foot multi-use space that accommodates up to 400 people for meetings, events, and team gatherings.
