Gull Lake Kellogg Elementary

In 2018, Gull Lake Community Schools passed a $65 million bond to improve educational spaces, safety, security, and energy efficiency across the district. Delivered in two phases, the work transformed core learning environments while keeping the building fully operational, ensuring uninterrupted instruction.

  • New main entrance, cafeteria, kitchen, and classroom additions
  • Connected to existing media center, childhood center, and shared gymnasium
  • Precast concrete exterior panels for construction, sustainability, and efficiency
  • Coordinated mechanical and electrical systems prior to panel fabrication
  • Secure classroom wings with collaboration and breakout spaces
  • North–south orientation consistent, balanced natural daylight
