Last month, Kingscott team members from across Michigan gathered in Portage to celebrate two remarkable milestones that reflect the heart of our firm.
This summer, Karol Bartlam marked 40 years with Kingscott, while Lisa Dailey celebrated an extraordinary 45 years of service. In an industry – and a world – where long-term commitment is increasingly rare, these milestones stand as a testament to dedication, consistency, and shared purpose.
Over the decades, Karol and Lisa have contributed to the growth and evolution of Kingscott through periods of change, expansion, and transformation. Their impact extends beyond the projects they have supported and the clients they have served; it is reflected most strongly in the people they have mentored, collaborated with, and supported throughout their careers.
“Karol and Lisa represent the very best of Kingscott,” said Rob Atkins, President of Kingscott. “Their commitment over the course of four decades – and more – speaks to who they are as people and professionals. They have helped shape our culture through their consistency, care for others, and pride in doing things the right way.”
Karol and Lisa exemplify what it means to help build and sustain an organization – not simply by being part of a team, but by shaping its culture through loyalty, care, and steadfast support for one another.
Kingscott is deeply grateful for their decades of service and the lasting influence they continue to have on our firm. Please join us in celebrating Karol Bartlam and Lisa Dailey and thanking them for their remarkable dedication and contributions.
