We’re excited to share that Kingscott is bringing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services back in-house. This strategic move strengthens our ability to deliver fully integrated design solutions – combining architecture, interiors, and engineering expertise under one roof. While we’ll continue our valued collaborations with trusted consulting partners, our in-house MEP team will now lead select projects and work closely alongside our partners to ensure the best service, coordination, and results for every client.
Leading this new team is Theresa Card, who joins Kingscott with 19 years of industry experience. A multi-award-winning engineer and licensed professional in several states, Theresa brings deep technical knowledge and a passion for creative problem-solving to every project. She holds certifications including LEED, CPD, and GPD, and will be an invaluable partner in creating environments where people love to learn, work, and thrive.
Joining Theresa are Kevin Lambert, Mechanical Engineer, and Rebecca (Becca) Tritt, Mechanical Engineer – both of whom bring strong experience and a shared passion for excellence in design. With over ten years of experience, Kevin has earned the trust of clients such as Mercedes-Benz, Little Caesars Corporate, Google, and more. Despite his impressive portfolio, he considers educational spaces to be his true home. Kevin is passionate about environmentally conscious practices and believes engineering is a team sport – one that thrives when every discipline works together toward a shared goal.
Becca brings more than a decade of diverse experience in mechanical engineering across education and commercial sectors. Her broad expertise gives her a deep understanding of how design and functionality intersect. Becca is driven by a passion for bringing all elements of a building together to create spaces that enhance the experience for everyone who uses them.
Together, this team reinforces Kingscott’s commitment to thoughtful, collaborative, and innovative design – ensuring that every space we create is as functional as it is inspiring.
